ICECREAM

Chapman's icecream is the best I've had so far available @ most Loblaw's           Gets my 5 out of 5  mega scoopzTM  review!  

Breyer's makes "Smartscoop" frozen desert
in chocolate & vanilla.   But it's the chocolate that get's the top honors!  I find while the taste is very good the texture is a little odd, remember it's frozen desert not icecream so it has a texture similar to frozen yogurt but not the bitter taste.  What's good about it is it's much lower in carbs than Chapman's.

Nestle no-sugar  This is my least favorate mainly because it's too low in fat.  Flavores are chocolate, carmel, and vanilla.
